Our work includes rock, mineral and fossil exhibitions, the curation and management of geology collections and archives for Leicestershire County Council.
Further afield, the Dorset and East Devon coast is rich in fossils such as large marine reptiles. We are working with others to help safeguard scientifically important specimens for study and display to produce a ‘Fossil Acquisition Strategy for the UNESCO Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site’.
